Welcome!

Nature never ceases to amaze me with its power, its beauty and its wisdom. My creative interest lies in nature-related healing and personal empowerment through art in nature.

In my years as a therapist and workshop facilitator I learned about the intricate web of energetic connections which makes us what we are, and that to understand where we're going we need to remember where we come from:

My work explores processes which stimulate our contact and communication both with the nature around us and the nature within.

Prayer flag on West High Down

On the weekend of July 14-15, 2012, I will create a flame-shaped field of about 250 prayer flags on West High Down above the road up to the Needles. The installation will co-incide with the West Wight Open Studios weekend and the coming of the Olympic Torch to the Island, but the flags will all be individually decorated with prayers/wishes/dreams by members of the public (yes, you!) and by local college students during May, June and July.

Our first *free* flag-making events will take place on Saturday, 5th and Sunday, 6th May at the Mayfest in Yarmouth. Please come and help us create these flags! If you are unable to attend in person, you can email me three to five words that represent your dearest wish, add your name, and I will create a flag for you.

This Live Arts event is sponsored by West Wight Landscape Partnership and the National Trust.

Walker in labyrinth on the beach

Low tide at 6.12pm. Free community event! We will aim to create a walkable labyrinth in the tidal zone and celebrate the longest day of the year with a bonfire. Walking the labyrinth, you will have the opportunity to reflect on the changing of the seasons and on how they affect your own life. We will be at the Compton Farm end of the beach (the far end down the steep wooden steps). All are welcome! Bring a song, a story, musical instrument, drum etc, and let's celebrate!
